Guarantee, withdrawal and the portal's role

The thirty-day money-back promise is the manufacturer's. Anyone wishing to use it writes to help@mobiflexi-official.shop; we pass it to the department that handles it. Refund goes to the original payment method and return postage is the buyer's cost.

Distance withdrawal is exercised against us as the seller; the goods ship from the manufacturer. We can cancel or amend an order once the declaration reaches us.
